Founded by Eduardo Cabrita Mahmoud in 2023, ECM Contractors specializes in residential and commercial construction, roofing, and solar installations in Florida. Eduardo, originally from Venezuela, moved to the U.S. in 2009, earning a Civil Engineering degree from the University of San Antonio, Texas.
He gained extensive experience in transportation and construction, working on major infrastructure projects such as SR-27/Okeechobee Road Reconstruction, I-395 Design-Build, and I-95 Express Phase 3, where he focused on improving traffic flow, safety, and mobility. Eduardo honed his skills in project management, budget control, and design while working with respected firms like William Brothers Construction, HDR, and Camcon Group.
